PUCC offers benefit programs to eligible employees to help assist in achieving personal, health and financial goals. The following benefit programs are available to eligible employees who meet a continuous and specified length of service criteria that is applicable to the corresponding benefit. The criteria’s are explained further in the employee handbook. 

Health and Wellness

Full time employees are elible for medical, dental and vision benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.  After one year of service, medical, dental and vision benefits are 100% employer paid.  401K, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, and other voluntary plans take effect on the 90th day of employment.

Time Off

  • Up to fourteen (14) days paid time off first 0-4 Years of Service
  • Up to ten (10) paid holidays per year

Professional Development

  • Paid membership in selected professional associations (i.e. National Utility Contractors Association; International Pipe Bursting Association; Tennessee Association of Utility Districts)
